Gynecomastia
The contour of a man's torso has important implications, as a chiseled chest is one of the most identifiable signs of strength and masculinity.
Gynecomastia or male breast enlargement is a common condition that can cause severe emotional stress.
Unfortunately, weight control and exercise cannot completely correct the situation, as the breast tissue lies atop the pectoralis muscle. For many men, surgery can offer a real change. Male breast reduction surgery can remove fat and glandular tissue from over the pectoralis muscles, resulting in a flatter and better contoured chest. Often, only a few tiny liposuction incisions are needed to achieve a marked change.
